Review: Amazing Fantasy #15

Just the other day I got my hands on a new comic called Amazing Fantasy #15 from Marvel Comics, what I assume is a new line that I hadn't heard of until now. The reason I picked it up was out of curiosity for the fellow in pyjamas on the cover - the Spider-Man. Yes, I know what you're thinking - it's yet another new character Marvel's trying to push to get in a film and he'll probably be forgotten within a year. I actually disagree. I think this will go down in history as one of the worst comics of all time.

RIP Clive Burr, legendary Iron Maiden skinsman

I don't often cover music on my blog but I thought I needed to post this. My favourite band of all time is Iron Maiden, so I was utterly heartbroken to hear that Clive Burr, the band's drummer on the first three albums, passed away from his long battle with Multiple Sclerosis.

Burr was undoubtedly one of the best drummers in metal. You can't listen to songs like Innocent Exile, Phantom of the Opera and the iconic Run to the Hills without being blown away by his adept rhythm.

This all might sound like science fiction, but we're actually not too far from a cyberpunk future, and here's why.
