USR news from the RPG community

It's always amazing to see what people are doing with USR, so here's a quick round-up of USR goodies around the internet.
Charlie at The Semi-Retired Gamer has created a printable character sheet for your game. Nice one, Charlie!
Jay at The Vanishing Tower has created some nice rules for using USR in a sword and sorcery setting a la Conan and Elric. I especially love the random backgrounds tables.
USR enthusiast Danjou's Hand at Tabletop Diversions is taking part in Gnome Stew's New Year, New Game Challenge, using USR for a post-apocalyptic science fantasy game. It sounds awesome and I'll definitely be interested to see where he takes this.
Much to my delight, some folks at a comic book store called Heroic Adventures in Glen Carbon, Illinois are holding a regular USR game in an urban fantasy sci-fi genre. Hope they have fun!
If you have any USR projects or games to share, let me know and I'll post about it.
You can download the USR rules for free here!

Thanks for the shout out, Scott! I'm glad you like the character sheet. I just wanted something simple to match the style of USR. I am thinking of maybe altering it a bit but who knows?
ReplyDeleteI checked out the other links - good stuff!
