It only takes five minutes to create a character in the (free!) Unbelievably Simple Roleplaying system anyway, but someone has created a simple online character generator that you can view here.
It's more of a programming experiment than anything else, and all you can do is create a name and assign your stats - no specialisms, but it's pretty neat all the same.
In other USR news, fans of the cyberpunk genre can have a crack at a Cyberpunk 2020 version of USR cooked up by Jay Murphy of The Vanishing Tower (the same dude who created the homebrew Sword & Sorcery USR rules).
