USR submitted for an Indie RPG Award

The Indie RPG Awards are an annual celebration of games created by independent designers - those with little to no money behind their projects. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that Unbelievably Simple Roleplaying has been registered for the awards by some lovely person. Whoever you are, thank you!
That being said, USR is up against some tough competition such as Adventurer, Conqueror, King; Lords of Olympus, 6d6 Core and Dungeon World. Every contender is pretty amazing, and I hope USR contends well with the judges, a panel of indie game designers.
If you have yet to play USR then you can go and download it for free. It'll take you about 15 minutes to read and another 15 minutes to master - perfect for on-the-fly games, one-shots on convention games. If you fancy testing the rules out, my good friend and gamebook designer Stuart Lloyd has written a free solo adventure for USR called Locket Away for your gaming pleasure.
I've had some great feedback about the system, from veterans who just want to play something a bit simple to concentrate more on story, to people playing it with their kids as their first roleplaying game.
Currently I'm working on the Halberd fantasy roleplaying game, which uses the USR rules, and also the first USR Playset - but more about that in the near future.
